I tried all of your steps, only unfortunately I'g still having the event.
The organization file checker found and successfully fixed a few files. I and so rebooted and ran the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit again, which again constitute no issues whatsoever. And then I uninstalled all 3 options under Bombardment in device manger (the 2 batteries in the Surface Book ii and the Ac power charger drivers) and rebooted to reinstall.
I tried going to the ability plan settings as you suggested, and the just option/plan available is the "Balanced" program (it is my understanding that all Surfaces only take this option available), and I don't meet anything in the advanced power plan options that could be causing the result...
Still having the aforementioned problem waking from sleep when opening the lid. Do you (or anyone else) have any ideas?
Thanks
